By the end of your induction, you will have followed the progress of a Renault vehicle from importation to delivery at our dealer network, understood our approach to sales & marketing and the importance of the customer experience. You’ll also have had the opportunity to test drive the Renault range and take delivery of your own vehicle through our Employee Car Ownership Plan. We’ll work with you to create a bespoke development plan to help identify and address any development needs during your training period.
People and cars are our business, so its important that you are exposed to the retail end of our business as soon as possible. That’s why, during your 2 year training period, you’ll be spending a significant period of time in a Renault dealership, getting to grips with our business and understanding the needs of our customers. You will also undertake a series of work placements at our Head Office with skills training along the way, to help prepare you for your first managerial role.
Once you have completed your training period, you’ll be ready to move into your first managerial role whether it’s based at our Head Office in Hertfordshire or regionally, in a field based role. Either way, you will need to be completely flexible and open to ideas. Whichever direction you take, you’ll continue to receive guidance and support throughout your career.
