How it works

Renault apprentices
The itinerary for the Renault UK Advanced Apprentice Programme is designed to maximise not only your technical skills but with team building activities and continuous assessment we will ensure your full development in all areas to ensure your success.
Year 1 - Service Technician

Residential Block Release at the Renault Training Centre (8 courses each of 1 week duration)

Team building activities / communication skills

Continuous assessment of practical application

Dealer visits from Renault Training Officer to assess progress

Year 2

Residential Block Release at the Renault Training Centre (6 courses each of 1 week duration)

Team building activities / communication skills

Continuous assessment of practical application

Dealer visits from Renault Training Officer to assess progress

Year 3

Residential Block Release at the Renault Training Centre (6 courses each of 1 week duration)

Team building activities / communication skills

Continuous assessment of practical application

Dealer visits from Renault Training Officer to assess progress

On completion of the programme, the Apprentice will achieve Renault Technician status and will continue training by following their respective Renault Training Development Route for Service.
