Well-informed employees, honest communication and an open, inclusive culture are central to the way we do business – in fact openness is one of our core values. That’s why we keep in touch with everyone who works with us in a number of different ways.

Direct interaction
The senior management at Renault UK believes regular direct communication with employees is key to the on-going development of the business. Some of the ways we do this include:

  • Our Managing Director’s informal monthly breakfast or lunch with employees to get their insights and opinions, as well as more formal business briefings.
  • Our employee forum, which comprises of one representative from each department, provides an opportunity to discuss and resolve issues relating to everything from employee welfare through to social events
  • Our annual employee survey. This is an opportunity for each member of Renault UK to express their views and opinions in a more formal way. Results from surveys are fed back to employees during departmental meetings with individual written feedback sent to all employees by internal mail.

Other communications
We run:

  • A monthly Company magazine with news of what’s happening within the Renault world
  • Regular messages from the Head Office management team
  • An intranet portal with areas dedicated to Renault Group and Renault UK information
  • A monthly e-newsletter containing information about products, monthly results and press reactions to the Renault brand
  • An internal newsletter informing employees about all the new products and innovations
  • Product training for each new Renault UK product launch
