Quality is a major objective of the "Renault Commitment 2009" plan announced by Carlos Ghosn. From the design stage through to the launch of our vehicles, methods and Quality processes are being continuously improved in order to provide you with a product that has a top level of reliability.
Work on vehicle quality never stops: even after the vehicle has been delivered to you, Renault tracks, analyses and investigates even the smallest of faults which could potentially lead to a technical problem on your vehicle.
Where necessary, we will organise a campaign, via our Dealer network, to complete the necessary checks and repair as required. These preventive campaigns, forming an integral part of Renault’s Quality Policy, also make provision for customer contact via registered letter if a safety-related defect is identified.Their main objective: to prevent you experiencing even the smallest of incidents on your vehicle.
To be as transparent as possible, we have created a dedicated area on this site which enables you to check whether your vehicle is currently subject to a Quality operation. To date we are the only manufacturer to offer you this service, which we hope will contribute towards strengthening our relationship and your confidence in Renault.
Yann Vincent, Renault Director of Quality.
