- This promotion is open to 18 year olds or over, who are resident within the United Kingdom, Channel Islands or Isle of Man with the exception of employees (and their families) of Renault UK Ltd, their suppliers, agents, third parties, employees of authorised Renault Dealerships or anyone professionally connected with this promotion.
- Only one entry per person is permitted.
- To be entered into the draw for a chance to win a holiday, go online to www.renault.co.uk/up play the online game, enter your details within the online entry form, and submit these details online by 31 October 2009.
- One winner will be drawn at random under independent supervision and notified within 28 days of the draw by telephone or email or post.
- The prize consists of a ballooning adventure holiday to Costa Rica in South America. The holiday will include return flights from a UK airport. Hotel transfers on arrival and departure. Six nights accommodation at the Tilajara Hotel Resort (subject to date availability) including breakfast and full use of amenities, one family balloon ride including transfers, and £1,000 food allowance / spending money.
- The holiday is subject to availability and must be taken within one year of being notified of the prize.
- The holiday is for two adults and two children under 12 years of age.
- Renault UK Ltd accepts no responsibility for hotels, tours, airlines etc being withdrawn or amended. In the event of this Renault UK Ltd will endeavour to offer a suitable alternative.
- Any amendments made by the winner after the booking is confirmed will be subject to administration charges to be paid for by the winner.
- Passports and visas are the responsibility and cost of the winner.
- No cash or other alternative prize is available, except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control the promoter reserves the right to substitute a similar alternative of equal or greater value. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the promoter, the prize will only be available to the winner in person.
- The decision of the promoter is final and binding in all matters.
- The promoter reserves the right not to enter into any correspondence in relation to this promotion.

- For the chance to win a Renault Grand Scenic Car, 1 of 3 balloon adventure holidays to Paris or receive a piece of UP film merchandise, simply visit a participating Renault dealership take a test drive between 25 August and 31 October inclusive and (A) you will be handed a ‘prize reveal card’ which will reveal if you will receive a piece of UP film merchandise or a balloon adventure holiday and (B) complete in full the test drive card verified by your dealer (verification will be completed by a dealer stamp on completion of a test drive) and post in to the Freepost address to arrive no later than 7 November 2009 for entry into the draw to win the car.
- A maximum of two test drives per household and only one entry per person is permitted.
- A test drive constitutes test driving one or more vehicles at any one time at your local dealership.
- The prize fund consists of 1 x Grand Scenic 7-seat Extreme 1.6 VVT 110 (specification as per Renault UK Ltd literature). The winner of the car will be responsible for insuring and taxing the vehicle themselves. The final model is subject to availability. 3 x Balloon adventure holidays to Paris, including return Eurostar to Paris, hotel transfers on arrival and departure, three nights accommodation at the Novotel Paris Tour Eiffel (subject to availability) including breakfast, a boat trip on the River Seine, three course dinner at Le Souffle and Jules Verne restaurants (subject to availability), tickets to ascend the Eiffel Tower, and a balloon ride including transfers based upon 2 adults and 2 children under 12 years of age subject to availability and weather. All other applicants will receive a piece of UP film merchandise consisting of caps, yo-yo’s, kites, kiddie goody bags, and family fun packs.
- For those people who receive a piece of UP film merchandise, they can choose between the merchandise on offer at their local dealership, and these will be redeemed at the dealership on the day of the test drive.
- For those people who win a holiday, they should call 0207 619 6744 and be prepared to send in their instant win reveal card with their full name and address details, as proof of their prize claim. This will be cross-checked against their separately submitted test drive form as proof of test drive. Holidays are subject to date availability and must be claimed / taken within one year of being notified of the prize.
