Grants and incentives
Take advantage of a host of electric vehicle benefits
If you drive an Electric Vehicle as your company car, you can benefit from the lowest Benefit in Kind rates. Businesses also benefit from a 100% First Year Write Down Allowance.
Electric vehicles are exempt from paying Congestion Charge or ULEZ charges when driving in London, as well as being exempt from VED (vehicle tax).
As national insurance rates are determined by the vehicle’s P11D value and relevant BIK rates, you can expect lower NI rates.
It has never been easier for your business to make the switch, with the government offering grants to companies installing infrastructure. Small-to-medium-sized businesses can get grants to install electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure in their car parks.
