*The Renault Loyalty Pack ends when you reach the expiry date of the Loyalty Pack or number of services which are permitted under the Loyalty Pack to be consumed (whichever comes first). Services must be carried out in line with the manufacturer’s minimum maintenance programme requirements and servicing intervals with the exception of the Premium Loyalty pack which includes additional parts and operations limited to a diesel filter or spark plugs, brake fluid change and an air filter. The services must be consumed within +/- 1 month or 1,000 miles of the service interval and can only be carried out at a Renault Approved outlet. Eligible models include Captur, New Clio IV, Clio IV, KADJAR, All –New Megane, Megane III, Scenic III, Twingo II, Renault Sport Clio IV & Megane III, Clio III, Twingo III. Loyalty Packs cannot be part exchanged, refunded or transferred.

Renault Loyalty Pack payment process: The cost of the operations is always covered by the country where the work is carried out except for the following countries:
BOSNIA HERZEGOVINA - CYPRUS - ESTONIA - IRELAND - ICELAND - LATVIA - LITHUANIA - MACEDONIA - MALTA - SERBIA MONTENEGRO.
In these countries, the cost will be handled by the country who sold the Loyalty Pack. Consequently, the customer will have to pay for the operations eligible under the Loyalty Pack and contact Renault UK Customer Management team to arrange reimbursement.
TRANSFERABILITY: The Loyalty Pack is not transferable to another vehicle but should the vehicle be sold whilst the Loyalty Pack is still active, the remaining cover transfers to the new owner.
