*The Renault service plan ends when you reach the age or mileage limit (whichever comes first). Services must be carried out in line with the manufacturer’s minimum maintenance programme requirements and servicing intervals within +/- 1 month or 1,000 miles of the service interval and can only be carried out at a Renault Approved outlet. To qualify you must order and purchase the Service plan from a Renault Approved outlet before the first service or within the first 12 months (whichever comes first). Cannot be part exchanged, refunded or transferred.

All prices quoted are MRRP. Renault Service Plan geographic coverage: the service plan applies to any vehicle sold new in the United Kingdom as long as it remains registered in one of the following European countries:

UNITED KINGDOM - ANDORRA - AUSTRIA - BELGIUM - CROATIA - CZECH REPUBLIC - DENMARK - FINLAND - FRANCE - GERMANY - GREECE - HUNGARY - ITALY - LICHTENSTEIN - LUXEMBOURG - MONACO - NORWAY - NETHERLANDS - POLAND - PORTUGAL - SAN MARINO - SLOVAKIA - SLOVENIA -SPAIN - SWEDEN - SWITZERLAND - BOSNIA HERZEGOVINA - CYPRUS - ESTONIA - IRELAND - ICELAND - LATVIA - LITHUANIA - MACEDONIA - MALTA - SERBIA - MONTENEGRO.

Renault Service plan payment process: The cost of the operations is always covered by the country where the work is carried out except for the following countries:

BOSNIA HERZEGOVINA - CYPRUS - ESTONIA - IRELAND - ICELAND - LATVIA - LITHUANIA - MACEDONIA - MALTA - SERBIA MONTENEGRO.

In these countries, the cost will be handled by the country who sold the Service plan. Consequently, the customer will have to pay for the operations eligible under the service plan and contact Renault UK Customer Management team to arrange reimbursement.

TRANSFERABILITY: The service plan is not transferable to another vehicle but should the vehicle be sold whilst the service plan is still active, the remaining cover transfers to the new owner.
