Both Renault and our Dealer and Authorised Repairer Network subscribe to the Motor Industry Code of Practice for the sales of new cars together with servicing and repairs as applicable.

The Motor Industry Code of Practice is administered by The Motor Ombudsman.

Should you remain dissatisfied with the service provided by our Dealers or Customer Relations Department they are available to provide assistance.

The Motor Ombudsman can provide a Chartered Trading Standards Institute certified ‘Alternative Dispute Resolution’ service if you remain dissatisfied with the outcome of a dispute in relation to the New Car Code.
