download or log in to your My Renault app
Enter the identification number (VIN) found on your Renault E-Tech electric’s registration certificate. Then go to the “Charging on the road” section in the “Account” section of your My Renault app.
receive charge pass on delivery of your vehicle
Receive your charge pass free of charge in the retailer on the day that your electric vehicle is delivered. You can also order it free of charge via your My Renault app.
here are the 5 steps to activate charge pass:
Your dealership will help you activate your charge pass on the day that it is delivered.
1. Go to the “my account” menu of your My Renault app.
2. Click on “Charging on the move”.
3. Click on “activate a charge pass”.
4. Enter the code on the back of your charge pass card.
5. Enter the details of your bank card.
You are now ready to charge your vehicle wherever the road takes you⁽⁵⁾.

Simply plug in and everything else is done automatically. The charging terminal recognises your vehicle and starts charging, automatically linking the billing with your My Renault app.
To benefit from it, activate the plug & charge feature(1) beforehand in your My Renault app.
