Your electric vehicle charges on the mains using the various cables available. If you have a 7.4kW or 11kW three-phase AC charging station, charging will be faster. Without a terminal, charging will be faster and safer on a reinforced socket than on a standard one.

With your charge pass charging card, you can charge your Renault away from home anywhere in the UK and across Europe, and benefit from special rates on the Ionity network. The charging points are listed on the My Renault app.¹ ⁹

Renault assists you with the installation of your home charging solution. Order your charging solution and its installation directly from the retailer at the same time as your new Renault E-Tech electric.

Our partner will take care of everything: dealing with your property management company, supplying and installing your charging station with secure access in your parking space and billing you for your electricity consumption.
charging at a 7 kW or 11 kW AC charging point
- recover approximately 60 miles of driving range in around 2.5 hours on a 7.4 kW terminal;
- an efficient solution for your daily charging, specifically designed for this purpose;
- home charging is less expensive than charging at public stations. To maximize your savings, you can also add Mobilize smart charging.
charging with a reinforced or standard socket
- recover up to 60 miles of WLTP driving range in 7 hours on a standard socket;
- recover up to 135 miles of WLTP driving range in 10 hours on a reinforced socket;
- if you do not have dedicated equipment available, the reinforced socket is designed to safely deliver power up to 3.7 kW (16 A);
- as a last option, a standard plug can be used, although it is the slowest option with a power rating of 2.3 kW (10A).
public or home charging point cable
This charging cable allows you to charge your electric vehicle (depending on version) at a charging point of up to 11 kW. It is compatible with a public or home charging station, such as Mobilize powerbox.
Ideal for use during a medium-length stop (1 to 3 hours) with permanent monitoring of the charge by the charging point.
charging cable for standard or heavy-duty plugs
If there's no charging station at home, this cable can be used to charge your vehicle using a standard socket, or a reinforced 16 A socket for low-speed charging. It ensures charging safety and control through its built-in communication unit.

charging cable for AC public charging station up to 11 kW
The charging cable supplied as standard with your vehicle is universal: it allows you to charge your vehicle on public and private charging points up to 11 kW.
Public charging points are everywhere and continue to expand: shopping centres, town centres, offices, car parks, and more.
DC rapid charging points from 50kW
The cables are built into the charging point. Simply confirm and plug in your vehicle to quickly recover driving range. Although the connector may look different from other cables, it’s compatible with your electric car, you just need to remove the little section underneath the regular charging port.
