With this service, you receive alerts about the condition of your vehicle and personalised maintenance advice, and you can easily schedule your maintenance appointments from your My Renault app. You can also check on the health of your vehicle in real time in your My Renault account.

In order for the connected maintenance system to work, you need to have subscribed to it when you ordered your vehicle and signed the terms and conditions of use for connected maintenance.
You are also advised to have a My Renault account and to sync the app with your vehicle so you can get notifications from the app. You can check that the service has been activated in your My Renault account, in the “vehicle info” section, by clicking on “contracts”. The service is compatible with new vehicles equipped with Easy Link multimedia systems and openR link.

No, the service is available at no additional cost. It is included free of charge and available for 8 years from the date on which you activate the connected services on your vehicle.
Please contact Renault customer support on 0344 335 000* They can deactivate the service for you.
If you do not wish to take advantage of the connected maintenance service, you can inform your retailer when you order your vehicle and choose not to sign the connected maintenance terms and conditions. The service will not be activated.
NB: you will not be able to subscribe later.
