Recall campaigns

Because your trust is very important to us, we are making every effort to keep it. As such, whenever necessary, we organise recall campaigns so that you can drive your Renault with complete peace of mind.

Step 1

Enter your vehicle identification number (VIN) to check if your vehicle is included in a recall campaign.

Step 2

Make an appointment with your retailer who will replace the parts affected by the campaign, free of charge and as quickly as possible.

Step 3

Bring your vehicle in to get it repaired. The retailer will take care of your vehicle as quickly as possible.

Product quality campaigns

Product quality campaigns are deployed as a preventive measure and focus on a specific group of vehicles that have been identified as potentially demonstrating a specific issue which, in certain circumstances may affect the reliability of the vehicle.

 

The operation consists of a check to identify whether the relevant fault exists on the vehicle followed by repairs if required. Where you are notified of a quality campaign outstanding on your vehicle, it is essential that you contact your Renault Retailer as soon as possible.

Recall campaigns
