download or log in to your My Renault app
Enter the identification number (VIN) found on your Renault E-Tech 100% electric’s registration certificate. Then go to the “Charging on the move” section in the “Account” section of your My Renault app.
receive your Mobilize charge pass when your vehicle is delivered
Receive your Mobilize charge pass free of charge in the dealership on the day that your electric vehicle is delivered. You can also order it free of charge via your My Renault app.
here are the 5 steps for activating your Mobilize charge pass:
Your dealership will help you activate your Mobile charge pass on the day that it is delivered.
1. Go to the “account” menu of your My Renault app.
2. Click on “Charging on the move”.
3. Click on “activate a charge pass”.
4. Enter the code on the back of your Mobilize charge pass card.
5. Enter the details of your bank card.
You are now ready to charge your vehicle wherever the road takes you.(5)
