RENEW

Subject to the terms and conditions set out below, the participating member/retailer of the Renault/Dacia Network in the Renew program will either replace the purchased vehicle, upon a written request (including email) from the customer, within 30 days of the date of delivery, or refund the paid price if replacement is not feasible. The replacement will be made with a vehicle of the same category (engine capacity, power supply) and value available from the retailer at the time of the request.

These conditions apply:

 

  • The mileage from the delivery date must not exceed 1000 miles.
  • The odometer must remain unmodified, undisconnected, or unreset.
  • The vehicle must not have incurred any damage or accidents since delivery.
  • The customer should not have received a similar refund in the preceding 12 months.
  • The vehicle must be returned in its original condition to the same retailer that sold it.
  • No modifications or alterations should have been made to the vehicle.
  • Any sanctions (including but not limited to fines, charges and penalties) incurred before the retailer accepts and takes delivery of the vehicle will be the customer's responsibility.
  • Whether refund or replacement, the cost of returning the vehicle to the retailer will be borne by the customer.
  • Upon returning the vehicle, the retailer will inspect the vehicle and prepare a report on the vehicle’s condition. The customer must sign the report, issued by the retailer, for the guarantee to apply. If the returned vehicle does not satisfy any of the conditions set out in this guarantee, the customer will not qualify for the guarantee.
  • The guarantee is exclusive to private customers; companies and VAT registered customers are excluded.
  • A replacement or refund will only be issued once a vehicle inspection has taken place to determine any damage to the vehicle and all keys and documents have been returned, including but not limited to the V5. You will be notified of any deductions for damage.

 

In the case of financing on the returned vehicle:

 

  • Financing will be closed with no due amount from the customer.
  • The retailer will reimburse any handling fees paid in cash and the deposit.
  • A replacement or refund will only be issued once a vehicle inspection has taken place to determine any damage to the vehicle and all keys and documents have been returned, including but not limited to the V5. You will be notified of any deductions for damage
  • We reserve the right to change, amend or withdraw the guarantee at any point in time.
