Our Graduate Programme
We believe that the best way for you to understand our business and develop your potential is by undertaking meaningful and high profile projects in each business area. As an employee in one of the largest automotive groups in the world, your programme will have a truly international perspective, collaborating with people across different regions and functions, and you will be given the opportunity to move around. You'll be working alongside supportive managers who will recognise your individual talents and needs, and guide you through each rotation. At the end of the programme you will be ready to take on your first management role.
Generous starting salary
We offer a starting salary of £28,000 per annum, reviewed after 12 months.

You’ll need to be someone who stands out from the crowd, who challenges preconceptions and is forward thinking. You could be working in any one of our business areas in various locations, so you must be willing to be mobile, get involved and have an agile, connected approach. You will need:
A 2.1 University Degree in any discipline
Minimum 300 UCAS Points
Experience of working in an office/sales environment, ideally as an Industrial Placement

The Renault Graduate Programme package is very comprehensive and competitive. We offer a starting salary of £28,000 pa. with 24 days paid holiday, increasing with length of service, plus private healthcare and employee car ownership scheme.

The structure of your Graduate Programme is tailored to both you and business requirements. Our Graduate Development Programme will expose you to the exciting world of automotive through a combination of skills training and work placements. You will spend time in our key commercial departments such as Sales, Aftersales, Total Customer Experience and Marketing, learning about our business and contributing to our success through challenging and rewarding projects.
You will drive your own development, supported throughout by coaching and mentoring from senior managers and HR professionals to ensure you reach your potential. At the end of the two years you will be rewarded with your first management position within the Renault Group. You can expect to develop your core skills and enjoy challenging work placements from day one.
Throughout the Graduate Programme you will be immersed in the company, its products and services. This means you will enjoy a range of training programmes from product training, legal courses, financing packages training, impact and presentation training to ensure you are well supported and equipped for your career ahead.
With a retail network that spans the whole of the UK and Ireland we pride ourselves on our flexibility and adaptability. You will initially be based at our head office in Maple Cross, just outside London. There will be opportunity to travel to other Renault sites over the course of the programme and in your second year you will be assigned to one of our sales regions, requiring you to be flexible on location.
Once you come to the end of your Graduate Programme you will be placed in your first management role which utilises your experience gained during the Graduate Programme.
One of the great advantages of working for Renault UK is it is part of a much larger global organisation. While international working is unlikely to take place during your training period we will expect you to interact and work with Renault associated organisations around the world. If this gives you a taste for international mobility it is definitely a future opportunity but we certainly think the UK is a great place to start and complete your Graduate Programme.
