The Network Operations department is responsible for ensuring the success of the sales volumes of Renault and Dacia vehicles within the UK. This department offers varying roles including all aspects of Renault UK’s new car actives or supporting the area operations teams with target setting and with the deployment of commercial actions to the dealer network.
Strong analytical skills will help you succeed in this department with the ability to plan, forecast and analyse data. Strong attention to detail and ambition will make you standout.
A placement within the After Sales department will give you the opportunity to be immersed within a fast moving, high achieving business function which focuses on everything after the sale of the vehicle, including accessories, trade, servicing and parts. After Sales offers opportunities within marketing and planning, which are functions responsible for creating the aftersales marketing strategy, budget forecasting, and the development of sales targets and performance analysis.

Finance underpins everything we do at Renault UK, keeping our business running, allowing us to contribute towards our objectives. In a finance placement you will be working within a team responsible for supporting the financial control of Renault UK to optimise the revenue and spending but also to maximise the company profitable. You will have the opportunity to work on all the activities of the controlling team including Month-End, reforecast, creating the budget, reviewing financial reports while supporting key managers in financial planning. This will give you a dynamic, eye-opening experience into the world of finance.
To be successful in this team you’ll have strong numerical and analytical skills together with robust verbal reasoning and communication. You won’t be afraid to interact with people across the business to ensure the success of your responsibilities.

At Renault we understand the importance of the customers experience and we pride ourselves with our outstanding service. The TCE department drives improvement in customer satisfaction across the business, improving both brand perception and loyalty. You will collaborate with other departments, the dealer network and external suppliers to improve the customer service that we offer. Working in a dynamic, customer faced department there are numerous opportunities and functions to be involved with, in a placement you could be bringing the voice of the customer into the business, exploring ideas about how Renault could improve the customer experiences or supporting management on key customer relations projects, all with the aim to bring a customer first mentality to the way that we do things.
To be successful in this role, you need to be able to bring a fresh, innovative way of thinking about the customer experience. You must be able to work independently and thrive off taking initiative in everything you do.
