Wallbox
Charging made easy
To make sure you can charge your Renault car as easily and conveniently as possible, Renault will contribute £500 towards a wallbox with BP Pulse^ .
Charging your electric car at home is one of the cheapest and simplest ways to 're-fuel' and a 7kW wallbox will charge a New ZOE with Z.E. 50 battery from flat-to-full in 9-10 hours or a Captur Plug-in-hybrid in approximately 3 hours. (maximum charging capacity 3.7Kw)

If the information requested by BP Pulse is not received within 3-5 days, you will be sent a reminder.
The information is reviewed to confirm the type of installation required, whether it meets the criteria for the government charging grant and the costs involved. The review should take no more than 3 working days.
Once the review is complete, you will be contacted to carry out a survey (usually by telephone), to discuss the finer details of the installation.
Once your survey is complete you will be offered an installation date within 21 days.
Your engineer will turn up on the agreed booking date, to install your wallbox and will be happy to demonstrate how to use it, once the install is complete.
You are now ready to charge your vehicle at home! You can download the Smartcharge App to help optimise your home charging. Ask your engineer for more details.
