By ordering the vehicle during this period, R Pass guarantees you priority delivery of the vehicle compared with other vehicles with the same configuration. You also get other advantages specific to each vehicle.
R Pass is available online: click on the button to buy the R Pass for the vehicle you want. Log into or create your My Renault account, select your dealership, enter your contact details and make the payment to enjoy R Pass benefits for the vehicle in question.
Once your order is complete, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number within 48 hours. Keep this number safe as you will need it to order your Renault vehicle before orders open to the general public.

R Pass lets you order all the powertrains, versions or options available on the day that orders open to the public, but it may not apply to a powertrain, version or option made available after that date.
If you have ordered your vehicle during the period reserved for R Pass holders, your vehicle will take priority in the factory when we manufacture that configuration and version. It will be among the first delivered to your retailer.

For this R Pass, you will get a miniature of your vehicle in the colour selected by Renault delivered to your home. They will be sent in batches after the official launch of the vehicle in question.
R Pass is a non-transferrable service. You may nevertheless order the vehicle from your retailer in someone else’s name.
When the orders reserved for R Pass holders open, you can also order your vehicle from another retailer, in your name or in the name of another person if you wish (subject to express, written authorisation from the R Pass holder).
The retailer will only get your contact details a few days before orders open for vehicles reserved for your R Pass. So, they will not contact you before.
You can contact your retailer or another retailer directly. You will need your R Pass order number to place an order for your vehicle.
In this case, you will enter the conventional ordering process and will not benefit from the R Pass priority.
