Work Placements

We employ undergraduate placements across our business functions to take on real roles within our organisation. The number of placement students we recruit varies each year depending on business need.

The Renault Undergraduate placement package is very competitive. We offer a salary of £18,000 pa. with 25 days paid holiday, free car parking, subsidised restaurant, sports and social club and other company discounts.

You will be learning about the exciting world of automotive through the challenging projects and responsibilities which help contribute towards our company vision and goals. You will be assessed through quarterly appraisals and regular meetings with your line manager which will develop your core skills and allow you to enjoy a rewarding placement from day one.

We understand the importance of a successful placement year and the impact this can have on your future career. Much of your learning will be on the job, however your development throughout your time here will be structured via regular meetings with your manager, quarterly appraisals, training programmes and the chance to be considered for the graduate programme.

You will be based at our head office in Maple Cross, just outside London. We also have opportunities to take on an Undergraduate Placement Programme at our Renault Ireland Head Office in Dublin. The location options will be discussed with you during the application process.
