R Pass offers a range of services for a specific vehicle including priority access to ordering a vehicle for a given period before it is available to the general public. By ordering the vehicle during this period, R Pass aims to give you priority delivery of a vehicle with the same configuration.
R Pass is available online: click on the “buy R5 R Pass” button, log in or create your My Renault account, select your retailer, enter your contact details and make the payment to enjoy the benefits.
Once your order is complete, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number within 48 hours. Keep this number safe as you will need it to order your Renault 5 before sales open to the general public.
Receipt of your confirmation number does not constitute our acceptance of your order. Our acceptance of your order will take place at the point you receive confirmation of the order by e-mail at which point a contract will come into existence between you and us.
It may take up to 48 hours for your email confirmation to appear in your inbox. It may also be in your spam folder.

You have a 14-day cooling-off period after purchasing you R-Pass and receiving your confirmation email.
During this period you can cancel your order and receive a full refund. To exercise you right to cancel, please use the form appended to the T&Cs and send to the email address contained in the T&Cs.
If you have ordered a vehicle within the priority period, and during the cancellation period contact us to cancel your R pass, your vehicle order will be cancelled.
To withdraw during the cancellation period, you can also contact a Renault Concierge via Live Chat.
No, your R Pass purchase is separate from the vehicle purchase. The purchase price of the R Pass will not be deducted from the purchase price of the vehicle of any other services linked to vehicle.
Yes, you need a My Renault account. You can create one when you make your purchase if you don’t already have one.
It will then also help you to find your R Pass invoice, and to access Renault products and services for your vehicle.
You can also connect to the wt5 by reno app using your My Renault account and enjoy all the advantages of your R Pass.

The R Pass is however non-transferrable; you cannot transfer it to somebody else by calling customer relations.
When you buy your R Pass, you select the retailer of your choice. They will contact you to make an appointment during the priority ordering period for R Pass holders. Together you will confirm the configuration of your Renault 5 to place your order. You will need to give them your R Pass order number.
Priority ordering is only available on the two (2) 52kw R5 versions available on the day of launch. It does not apply to any powertrain, version or option made available after that day. Limitations on colour availability may apply.
If you wish to order a different version, powertrain or option then you will need to order this once orders are opened to the general public
If you have ordered your vehicle during the period reserved for R Pass holders, your vehicle will take priority in the factory when we manufacture that configuration and version. It will be among the first delivered to your retailer.

You may hear about these advantages by letter, email or other means (Renault website, wt5 by reno app, etc.), and the benefits may vary depending on when you purchase your R Pass.
For the R5 R Pass, you will get a Renault 5 miniature in the colour selected by Renault delivered to your home. They will be sent in batches after the official presentation of Renault 5 in 2024.
Please be aware that if you decided to unsubscribe or opt out of marketing after you purchase your R Pass, you will no longer receive emails providing updates about the vehicle and information about exclusive events.
The R Pass is a non-transferrable service except in the following circumstances:
You may order the vehicle from your retailer for the benefit of someone else, subject to you providing proof of subscription to the R Pass; and
You may allow someone else to benefit from your right to make a priority order by providing your express written authorisation. The authorisation must include your R Pass number and must be presented to the retailer.
When the orders reserved for R Pass holders open, you can also order your vehicle from a retailer in another country, in your name or in the name of another person if you wish (subject to express, written authorisation from the R Pass holder as specified above).
Your retailer will only get your contact details a few days before R Pass customer orders open, so they will not contact you before. However, Renault Concierge will be in touch directly just after purchase of R Pass and are on hand for questions right up until the early ordering period opens, when your chosen retailer will be in touch.
You can contact your retailer or another country retailer directly. You will need your R Pass order number to place an order for your vehicle.
In that case, you will be entitled to a standard order and will not benefit from the R Pass priority.
