get started with openR link
Let yourself be guided by the configuration wizard when you start openR link for the first time. Follow the steps displayed on your main screen to set up your profile. Your Renault retailer will assist you from start to finish.
data sharing
During the first configuration, you will be invited to share your data with Google and Renault. By accepting you authorise the sharing of location data necessary to use Google Maps or to find your vehicle from your smartphone.
account linking
With your retailer’s help, link your My Renault and Google accounts to the openR link system and get a unique driving experience that is designed for you. Simply follow the steps indicated by the multimedia system.

Yes. Simply follow the steps indicated in the configuration wizard to link your My Renault or Google accounts when using openR link for the first time.
When you create a Google account, a Gmail address is created automatically. However, if you prefer using a different e-mail address, you can link it to your account and also use it to recover your password and receive notifications, etc.
If you are unable to link your accounts to your openR link system, please contact your Renault retailer.
You can edit your accounts at any time. To do this, go to your profile and delete your existing accounts. Then replace them with the new ones by following the configuration wizard’s steps.
