Renault connectivity packs
Two connectivity packs are included with the purchase of a new vehicle equipped with the openR link multimedia system.
- the standard connectivity pack1: available for 8 years.
- the advanced connectivity pack2: available for 3 years or for the duration of the Mobilize Financial Services contract, excluding Hire Purchase. Renault also provides 2 GB/month of data, corresponding to around 40 hours of music streaming or up to around 3 hours of video streaming.4

(4) Use of apps downloaded from Google Play requires a dedicated data plan. Included with the purchase of your vehicle, you benefit from 2 GB per month for 3 years or for the duration of your Mobilize Financial Services contract (excluding Hire Purchase). To activate it, you need to verify your identity in your My Renault app. You can also share your smartphone's connection with your car.
To use My Renault app you need a smartphone with compatible iOS or Android operating system. Download the free My Renault app and create an account. Synchronise or pair My Renault to your vehicle. Synchronising or pairing should only be done when the car is parked safely. Services may be subject to mobile network coverage and additional charges. Users should follow road safety regulations when using the services and always be in control of the vehicle. For further information, visit My Renault.

For even greater convenience, extend the advanced connectivity pack for up to 8 years when you purchase your vehicle, to guarantee uninterrupted operation of all connected driver-assistance functions (depending on vehicle equipment), the reno avatar (depending on model) and access to Google built-in (smart navigation with Google Maps, voice assistant with Google Assistant and your favorite apps with Google Play).
Add the “Up to 5-year pack advanced connectivity extension” or “Up to 8-year pack advanced connectivity extension” option when configuring your vehicle or in the retailer at the time of ordering.
5 Buying a 3- or 5-year advanced connectivity pack extension when you order your new vehicle is better value and will save you money compared with a monthly subscription taken out at the end of the initial period.
