hybrid vehicle FAQs

Is hybrid or diesel best for driving on the motorway?

Both!

You can drive both types of vehicles on the motorway. A hybrid car is powered by one (or more) electric motors and an internal combustion engine. It switches between electric, hybrid (petrol + electric) and petrol. When driving on the motorway, petrol driving will be used to help the vehicle achieve the necessary power. Meanwhile, the electric battery can be charged by recovering energy from braking, using some of the power from the internal combustion engine that has been converted into electrical energy.
